These Terms apply to your use of the Royalkeep website and to any reservation, service, or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that you meet this requirement. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. Unless otherwise agreed, the full balance is settled on departure.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days, the first night is charged; no-shows incur the full stay cost. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or other guests, damages property, disregards our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Royalkeep or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property legislation.

9. External links

This website may link to third-party sites. We are not liable for the content or practices of those external websites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are subject to the law of International. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
